We are a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to improving student health outcomes. As a School Partnership Manager, you will play a critical role in establishing successful partnerships with LAUSD schools, ensuring access to quality mental health services for all students.

You will develop strong relationships with school staff, focusing on direct student services related to behavioral and mental health, such as school counselors and social workers. Your expertise will drive engagement through on-site and virtual visits, ensuring access to quality mental health services for all students.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with school partners, their healthcare needs, and communities.
  • Establish credibility with key stakeholders by building expertise in student behavioral health, driving engagement through on-site and virtual visits.
  • Facilitate strategic district-wide, school-specific, and community events.
  • Evaluate and improve partner satisfaction through specific engagement metrics.
