Sales and Account Management Specialist III

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing strategic protocols to promote growth and retention for our book of business. You will also coordinate open enrollment events and utilize your working knowledge to educate end-users on our offerings to increase wellness.
Key Responsibilities:- Pursue effective relationships with others by providing resources, information, advice, and expertise to coworkers and members.
- Listen to, seek, and address performance feedback; provide mentoring to team members.
- Adapt to and learn from change, challenges, and feedback; demonstrate flexibility in approaches to work.
- Support and respond to the needs of others to support a business outcome.
- Complete work assignments autonomously by applying up-to-date expertise in subject area to generate creative solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems; escalate issues or risks as appropriate.
- Communicate progress and information; support, identify, and monitor priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
- Identify, speak up, and implement ways to address improvement opportunities for the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Two years of experience in marketing, business development, managing business-to-business relationships, or directly related field.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Level II required.
Must successfully pass or have passed the bilingual test (within the last 12 months), or be active in the QBS program.
