Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Management Specialist III to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. This role will be responsible for implementing standard and non-standard protocols to promote growth and retention for our book of business, coordinating open enrollment events, and utilizing working knowledge to educate end-users on our offerings to increase wellness.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Pursue effective relationships with others by proactively providing resources, information, advice, and expertise to coworkers and members.

  5. Complete work assignments autonomously by applying up-to-date expertise in subject area to generate creative solutions; ensure all procedures and policies are followed.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems; escalate issues or risks as appropriate; communicate progress and information.
  7. Support, identify, and monitor priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
  8. Identify, speak up, and implement ways to address improvement opportunities for the team.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field AND two (2) years of experience in marketing, business development, managing business-to-business relationships, or directly related field OR minimum five (5) years of experience in marketing, business development, managing business-to-business relationships, or a directly related field.
