Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regional digital marketing strategies that align with global initiatives and meet local market needs.

- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of marketing automation and CRM systems to streamline and enhance lead nurturing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within a B2B context.
- Proven success in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience working in a global company and collaborating with international teams.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and geographies.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and addressing challenges.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with content management systems (CMS).
