Job Summary:

We are looking for a sales-minded leader in the Commercial Paint industry with a strong background in project management and estimation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing motivated teams and promoting company services to General Contractors and property managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers
  • Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K
  • Provide leadership to project teams
  • Be a hands-on and reliable leader
Requirements:
  • 10+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator OR Project Manager
  • Ability to understand and present products and services
  • On-Center, Planswift, or similar software proficiency
  • Specific experience in commercial painting required
  • Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
