Construction Manager Trainee

We are Lennar, a leading homebuilder dedicated to making an impact and creating an extraordinary experience for our Homeowners, Communities, and Associates. Our mission is to build quality homes and provide exceptional customer service, while giving back to the communities in which we work and live.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Inspect and enforce job safety requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Complete punch lists and assist in completion of new home orientation lists to ensure a smooth transition for homeowners.
  • Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
  • Ensure job site cleanliness and assist in completion of model/inventory maintenance to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Assist in areas of service-related issues to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Daily interaction with various division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners to build strong relationships and ensure effective communication.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • College Degree or equivalent education preferred.
  • Construction Experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office products (Word and Excel).
  • Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
  • Valid Auto Insurance Coverage.
