Key Responsibilities:
What will your role entail?
As the Lead Clinic Operations Manager at OSUP, you will oversee clinic operations, enhance patient care, and develop your clinical team with the backing of senior leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative oversight and coordination of clinic operations while acting as a liaison among administration, physicians, patients, and external organizations.
- Designing, proposing, implementing, and maintaining an effective organizational structure and staffing plan to meet clinic objectives efficiently.
- Managing all facets of clinic operations, including labor cost control and expense management.
- Supervising assigned staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and payroll approval.
- Conducting coaching and performance improvement discussions to address policy violations or performance issues.
- Ensuring staff compliance with Ambulatory Skills Orientation requirements.
- Analyzing operational reports, preparing summaries, and developing strategies for enhancing financial performance and productivity.
- Overseeing registration, scheduling, and provider template management to optimize clinic outcomes in collaboration with the Corporate Central Access team.
