About the Role:

Izenso is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to lead our efforts in growing revenue from high-value clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the ERP industry, software engineering, and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute plans to increase revenue from existing clients, focusing on sales strategy, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Account Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with senior-level clients, understanding their business objectives, and challenges.
  • Tech Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized technology solutions that meet client requirements.
Requirements:
  • ERP Industry Expertise: 10+ years of experience in the ERP industry, managing large-scale consulting engagements, and software product engineering.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership abilities, comfortable engaging with executives, and experience managing multi-location teams.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, ability to work with diverse stakeholders, and negotiate effectively.
