We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to lead our sales efforts in the private 5G space.

Highway9 Networks is a venture-backed Silicon Valley startup working on revolutionizing wireless communication with its innovative Private 5G solution. Our mission is to enable "mobile first" businesses and extend the 5G rollout.

  • Our cloud-driven, enterprise-operated solution for in-building and campus wireless provides voice & data coverage.
Role Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Highway9 Networks, you will be responsible for managing enterprise accounts in your assigned region.

This includes identifying new sales opportunities, developing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating and closing contracts, and managing customer relationships.

You will be tasked with creating, developing, and executing sales strategies for your region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Sales Process: Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to close to upsell.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage prospects in a consultative sales process around Highway9 as part of their core private network infrastructure and operations.
  • Pipeline Building: Work with marketing, strategic alliances, local resellers, and your own network to identify the best prospects and develop your sales pipeline.
  • Technical Evaluations: Collaborate with deep technical resources to manage successful customer evaluations and proof of concept deployments.
  • Customer Success: Foster customer relationships and satisfaction to create strong references, renewals, and opportunities for upsell.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record in sales management, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong understanding of the private 5G market and its applications.

Estimated Annual Salary: $120,000 - $180,000+
