Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell Johnson Controls' innovative building automation solutions to mechanical contractors, designers, and consulting engineers.
  • Promote our value proposition to the construction community by providing business and technical solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Position renewable service agreements as a foundation for managed account relationships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of successful field sales experience, with at least 4 years in the HVAC or building automation industry.
  • Excellent initiative, interpersonal communication, and influencing skills.
