HVAC Building Automation Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:- Sell Johnson Controls' innovative building automation solutions to mechanical contractors, designers, and consulting engineers.
- Promote our value proposition to the construction community by providing business and technical solutions.
- Build strong relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Position renewable service agreements as a foundation for managed account relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of successful field sales experience, with at least 4 years in the HVAC or building automation industry.
- Excellent initiative, interpersonal communication, and influencing skills.
