The Client Relationship Executive role embodies our core values, serving our largest and most complex customers. This position is responsible for revenue retention and growth, customer satisfaction, opportunity generation, and proactive relationship management across the entire breadth of a customer's engagement with Xsolis.
The essential functions of this role include creating and driving customer-specific revenue retention and growth strategies, identifying lead opportunities, responsible for Renewal and up-sell Solution and Services sales contracting, ensuring operational activities' effectiveness, and maintaining relational footprints within assigned clients.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, minimum 7+ years of Account Management, Sales, and/or Consulting experience, with at least 5 years managing large customers within the Healthcare industry. Proven track records of C-Suite relationship management, sales success, contract execution, and meeting revenue retention goals with complex customers are required.
The ideal candidate will have professional and effective communication skills, be highly organized, and capable of driving multiple complex projects to completion simultaneously. Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, Client Engagement platforms/tools, and Net Promoter Score is preferred. This role does not have any direct reports and is a single contributor role.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
