Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Communications Specialist to join our team at ICON Consultants, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with global regulatory requirements and its own policy for electronic communications.

Key Responsibilities

The Electronic Communications Specialist will design, implement, test, and troubleshoot systems and processes that capture, store, and monitor all forms of electronic communication used in a business context, including email, chat, SMS, social media, voice, and video communication. They will also use tools and features that enable the search, review, analysis, and export of electronic communication data for compliance, legal, and audit purposes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have at least 3 years of experience in electronic communications compliance, archiving, and discovery in the financial services industry. They will also need to possess strong working experience on Journaling and Archiving Solutions with a focus in the financial industry, as well as financial services requirements for electronic communication captures across all applications including eDiscovery and Surveillance Solutions. Enterprise Vault Archiving, Journaling, and working knowledge of Discovery and Compliance Accelerator are also essential. Additionally, the candidate will need to have experience with 3rd Party Connectors to capture all forms of electronic communication, including email, chat, SMS, and mobile. O36- Security and Compliance Center and a security-minded approach are also required.
