Electronic Communications Specialist

Houston, Texas, United States Corps Team Full time

Corps Team is seeking an experienced Electronic Communications Specialist for a 6+ month contract to hire position in a hybrid environment. This role involves improving the state of archiving, journaling, and monitoring solutions for electronic communication in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and test solutions and enhancements for electronic communication archiving and discovery.
  • Take ownership of project assignments and deliver successful implementations.
  • Participate in meetings related to new build activities and engage with the team to have a detailed plan for new and ongoing projects.
  • Act as a coordinator/ implementer for assigned project activity and identify improvements that can be made to the team.
  • Assist with streamlining, simplification, and improvement of systems' efficiencies through the effective use of technology, lateral thinking, and creativity.
  • Collaborate with other Technology teams to deliver world-class services from a Technology Infrastructure standpoint.
  • Coach and mentor the Operations team to enable them to own and support new services.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in electronic communications compliance, archiving, and discovery in the financial services industry.
  • Possess strong working experience on Journaling and Archiving Solutions with a focus in the financial industry.
  • Financial services requirements for electronic communication captures across all applications including eDiscovery and Surveillance Solutions.
  • Enterprise Vault Archiving, Journaling, and working knowledge of Discovery and Compliance Accelerator.
  • 3rd Party Connectors to capture all forms of electronic communication including but not limited to email, chat, SMS mobile.
  • O365 – Security and Compliance Center.

Pay Rate: $60.87/HR
