About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Communications Compliance Specialist to join our team at ICON Consultants, LP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our electronic communication systems comply with global regulatory requirements and our own policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements and design, build, and test solutions and enhancements for electronic communication systems.
  • Take ownership of project assignments and deliver successful implementations.
  • Participate in meetings pertaining to new build activities and engage with the team to have a detailed plan for new and ongoing projects.
  • Act as a coordinator/ implementer for assigned project activity and identify improvements that can be made to the team.
  • Assist with streamlining, simplification, and improvement of systems' efficiencies through the effective use of technology, lateral thinking, and creativity.
  • Contribute to the migration of on-premises applications to cloud solutions and collaborate with other Technology teams to deliver world-class services from a Technology Infrastructure standpoint.
  • Coach and mentor the Operations team such that they are ready to own and support new services.
  • Prepare all necessary documentation and processes to enable ongoing support of the systems.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in electronic communications compliance, archiving, and discovery in the financial services industry.
  • Possess strong working experience on Journaling and Archiving Solutions with a focus in the financial industry.
  • Financial services requirements for electronic communication captures across all applications including eDiscovery and Surveillance Solutions.
  • Enterprise Vault Archiving, Journaling, and working knowledge of Discovery and Compliance Accelerator.
  • 3rd Party Connectors to capture all forms of electronic communication including but not limited to email, chat, SMS mobile.
  • O365 – Security and Compliance Center.
  • Security minded approach.
