You will design, implement, test, and troubleshoot systems and processes that capture, store, and monitor all forms of electronic communication used in a business context, including email, chat, SMS, social media, voice, and video communication.

You will also use tools and features that enable the search, review, analysis, and export of electronic communication data for compliance, legal, and audit purposes.

You will work closely with the compliance, legal, and audit teams to support the preservation, collection, and production of electronic communication data in response to regulatory requests, investigations, and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, test, and troubleshoot systems and processes for electronic communication capture, storage, and monitoring.
  • Use tools and features for search, review, analysis, and export of electronic communication data.
  • Work with compliance, legal, and audit teams to support preservation, collection, and production of electronic communication data.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and company policy for electronic communications.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in electronic communications compliance, archiving, and discovery in the financial services industry.
  • Strong working experience on Journaling and Archiving Solutions with a focus in the financial industry.
  • Financial services requirements for electronic communication captures across all applications, including eDiscovery and Surveillance Solutions.
  • Enterprise Vault Archiving, Journaling, and working knowledge of Discovery and Compliance Accelerator.
  • 3rd Party Connectors to capture all forms of electronic communication, including email, chat, SMS, and mobile.
  • O36- Security and Compliance Center.
