About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including filtering oil fryers and cleaning equipment.
  • Conduct regular cleaning of stock rooms, restrooms, and other areas of the facility.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC and exhaust units, and clean the roof of debris.
  • Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
