Harbor Management is looking to hire a full-time Facilities Maintenance Specialist to support our properties.
The Facilities Maintenance Specialist will assist residents with necessary repairs in their living spaces, as well as conduct repairs on unoccupied units to prepare them for new tenants.
This role also includes participation in an on-call rotation for urgent and after-hours maintenance requests.Key Responsibilities:
The Facilities Maintenance Specialist will undertake general upkeep for the property. Duties encompass the completion of work orders, preventive maintenance, unit preparations, cleaning services, and landscape maintenance.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess foundational knowledge in plumbing, electrical systems, appliance servicing, carpentry, and HVAC systems. Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service are essential. Previous experience in apartment maintenance is advantageous. Availability for emergency on-call service and snow removal is required. A valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record is necessary, as company vehicles are provided.
