As a vital member of our dining team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests in a lively entertainment environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome guests promptly upon their arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the menu to effectively communicate offerings to patrons.
  • Adhere to responsible alcohol service protocols to guarantee guest safety.
  • Encourage guests to try our menu highlights, including chef specials and desserts.
  • Utilize the Aloha Point of Sale System for efficient order processing.
  • Engage with guests to foster a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Provide attentive service for groups and events as directed by management.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness by pre-bussing tables and lanes.
  • Support other team members and management as needed.
  • Uphold uniform standards and present a professional appearance.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods with frequent bending and turning.
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable with climbing ladders as necessary.
  • Effective communication skills for taking and delivering drink orders.

Special Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Familiarity with various types of alcoholic beverages is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid TABC or equivalent license for alcohol service as per local regulations.
  • Valid Food Handler's Certificate or similar certification required.
  • Completion of training certification as per company policy.
