Administrative Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary
This role is responsible for exercising delegated administrative responsibility and authority for the supervision of all hospital personnel and functions within the assigned work unit/location for assigned shift. The successful candidate will serve as a leader and resource person in facilitating efficient operational activities throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage hospital personnel and functions within the assigned work unit/location for assigned shift.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure efficient operational activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period.
- Previous work experience in a supervisory, management, or other healthcare leadership capacity.
- Two (2) years of experience in an acute care setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.
