Penn State Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our nursing administration team, you will be responsible for supervising hospital personnel and functions within the assigned work unit/location for assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operational activities.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- AHA BLS certification prior to end of orientation period.
- Two years of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
