Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- AHA BLS certification prior to end of orientation period.
- Previous work experience in a supervisory, management, or other healthcare leadership capacity.
- Two (2) years of experience in an acute care setting.
- Bachelor's of Nursing degree preferred.
