Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of nursing staff to ensure efficient operational activities throughout the organization.
- Exercise delegated administrative responsibility and authority for the supervision of all hospital personnel and functions within the assigned work unit/location for assigned shifts.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- AHA BLS certification prior to end of orientation period.
- Two (2) years of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
