Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mail Administrator to join our team at Recruit Action. This role is essential to managing our mail services operation, ensuring that all mail processes are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail for our operation accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle sort, scan, and index incoming mail and manage outgoing mail through our fulfillment center.
  • Provide quality customer service and support to our administrative team through business unit initiatives and production.
  • Adhere to service levels determined by our business unit's requirements and standards.
  • Receive and process incoming mail, sort and ship outgoing mail, and handle troubleshooting mail.
  • Train new staff within our imaging and fulfillment center.
  • Cross-train among different groups, including statement imaging and fulfillment.
  • Handle sensitive personal identifiable information (PII) with care.
Requirements
  • College education preferred.
  • 1 year of experience with imaging and indexing systems.
  • Previous experience with scanning, indexing, and mail sorting.
  • Previous experience working with mailing equipment, folder inserters, and postage meters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Precise communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills for multitasking and prioritizing in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to manage change.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, including heavy lifting and standing for up to 4 hours a day.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of $23.62.
  • A 6-month contract.
  • A full-time position with 37.50 hours per week.
  • A work schedule of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm EST, with the possibility of shifting to 7:30 am to 3:30 pm EST in the future.
