Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver warm and welcoming greetings to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our resort.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently, handling room assignments, key distributions, and other related tasks.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest accounts, including posting charges, handling payments, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, report preparation, and filing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel valued and respected.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or resort front desk role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Opera PMS.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move frequently throughout the resort.
