Position Summary:

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and diligent Warehouse Team Members who are dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the purchasing process. In this role, you will undertake various responsibilities, including: receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, selecting and fulfilling orders from inventory, packaging and dispatching orders, as well as managing, organizing, and retrieving stock within the warehouse.

** Work Schedule: Monday-Friday ** (with occasional weekends as needed)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in unloading delivery trucks and conducting inventory checks of products.
  • Fulfill customer orders by selecting items, packing boxes, and placing orders in designated delivery areas.
  • Organize and store products on racks, shelves, or in bins according to established standards.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by managing stock location orders and processing requests.
  • Deliver quality service by adhering to organizational protocols.
  • Ensure a safe and tidy work environment by keeping storage areas and workstations organized.
  • Support a clean shipping supply area by following established procedures and regulations.
  • Contribute to team success by achieving related goals as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient reporting and documentation skills.
  • Experience with inventory control processes.
  • Dependable and flexible with a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with Windows-based computer systems and mobile technology.
Working Conditions:
  • Exposure to various physical conditions, including proximity to moving machinery and vehicles.
  • Work primarily in a warehouse environment, with some outdoor exposure during shifts.
  • Utilize warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, tape dispensers, scanners, and computers.
Physical Requirements:

Must be capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting for a minimum of 8 hours daily.

  • Responsibilities include lifting, stacking, pulling, and pushing items.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 120 lbs with assistance.
  • Visual acuity is necessary to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in assigned tasks.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Willingness to obtain forklift certification.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
