Position Summary:

We are in search of motivated, detail-oriented, and diligent Warehouse Team Members who are dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you will undertake various responsibilities, including:

  • Receiving and processing incoming inventory and materials
  • Picking and fulfilling orders from stock
  • Packing and dispatching orders
  • Organizing and managing stock within the warehouse

Work Schedule:

** Monday to Friday ** (with occasional weekends as needed)

** First Shift **

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in unloading delivery trucks and conducting inventory checks
  • Fulfill customer orders by selecting products, packing boxes, and placing them in designated delivery areas
  • Sort and store products on shelves, racks, or bins according to established standards
  • Maintain inventory control by tracking stock locations and processing requests
  • Deliver quality service by adhering to organizational protocols
  • Ensure a safe and tidy work environment by keeping workstations and storage areas organized
  • Support a clean shipping supply area by following established procedures and regulations
  • Contribute to team success by achieving related goals as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills

  • Proficient reporting and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes
  • Dependable and flexible with a willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with Windows-based systems and mobile computing platforms

Working Conditions:

  • Exposure to various physical conditions, including proximity to moving machinery and vehicles
  • Work primarily in a warehouse environment, with some outdoor exposure
  • Utilize warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, and computers

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for a minimum of 8 hours daily
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 120 lbs with assistance
  • Visual acuity to assess work accuracy and operate equipment safely

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
  • Willingness to obtain forklift certification
  • Valid Driver's License required
