Position Overview

NSI Industries, a leader in the Network Infrastructure sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient preparation, packaging, and dispatch of products in line with company standards and shipping protocols.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring compliance with company requirements.
  • Coordinate shipping processes to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Utilize shipping services such as UPS and FedEx for small parcel deliveries.
  • Schedule transportation via LTL and PLS for larger shipments.
  • Manage international shipping tasks as needed.
  • Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise with carriers.
  • Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in shipping and logistics.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to foster good relationships with customers and colleagues.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate a warehouse environment.
  • Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for operating office machinery and computers.
  • Effective auditory and visual communication skills.
