Job Description:

As a Front Desk Ambassador at Omni Hotels & Resorts, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a seamless stay for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Guest Check-Ins and Check-Outs: Accurately process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Provide Personalized Service: Empathetically listen to guest inquiries and provide tailored responses to meet their needs.
  • Manage Guest Accounts: Set up accurate accounts for each guest, including room type, payment, and preferences.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments and personnel.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest room access and hotel information.
  • Understand Accounting Standards: Execute all Omni accounting standards to ensure accurate settlement of folios, routing of charges, and adjustments.
  • Document Guest Requests: Document all guest requests, complaints, or problems immediately and notify designated department personnel for resolution.
  • Stay Informed: Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, services, hours of operation, room types, and rates.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests, management, and co-workers in English.
  • Technical Skills: Accurately input information into computer systems and compute mathematical calculations.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Work cohesively with co-workers and adapt to changing situations.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Required, with hotel front desk experience preferred.
  • Open Availability: Required.
