About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a warm and personalized welcome, setting the tone for a memorable stay
  • Provide exceptional local insights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  • Manage guest bookings, payments, and check-in/check-out processes with ease and efficiency
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional
  • Be the trusted contact for guests, resolving issues and providing tailored recommendations
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities
  • Fluency in the local language (English) and basic math skills
  • Literacy and technical skills to navigate our systems and processes
