About the Role

The Sr Demand Planner will play a critical role in leading the design, implementation, and review of inventory management plans to forecast supply plans for global and sophisticated clinical trials. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain techniques and the ability to optimize global and regional supply strategies to ensure continuity of patient supply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently lead the design, implementation, and review of inventory management plans to forecast supply plans for global and sophisticated clinical trials.
  • Ensure that plans are robust and optimize global and regional supply strategies to ensure continuity of patient supply.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance for new hires and less experienced planners and serve as a role model leader for peers.
  • Partner with the Enterprise Project Manager, global and site project management teams, and/or directly with customers to inform and proactively share key client data necessary to facilitate an effective supply chain planning cycle.
  • Establish and maintain financial forecasts and monthly billing processes for assigned complex client projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business/operations management preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 4 years of supply chain and/or planning experience managing global supply chain design and logistics management, preferably as they relate to clinical program design and execution without degree.
  • 3 years experience accepted with advanced degree.
  • Understanding of clinical supply requirements, phases of clinical development, and the factors that influence study designs preferred.

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $92,900.00–$139,325.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
