Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of experienced project managers and establish best practices for project management processes and initiatives.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and project metrics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategic plans to achieve project goals.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure consistent standards across projects and teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 18 years of drug development experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including 12 years of global project management or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of leading teams through NDA submissions and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization and think strategically.
