Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team at Asociación Puertorriqueños en Marcha Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating reports for the CFO, preparing and evaluating financial accounting policies and procedures manual, and overseeing internal controls and company policy to ensure compliance with Federal, State and City regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and at least 4 years of accounting experience with increased responsibility during the term of employment. They will also possess strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and practices, as well as basic knowledge in nonprofit and government accounting and auditing standards (GAAS).

A competitive salary of $80,000 per year is offered, along with comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, vision and dental plans, and a 403B retirement plan with company contribution.
