Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Payroll and Accounts Clerk to join our team. As a payroll specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll, managing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll and manage financial transactions.
  • Perform 3-way match process and resolve discrepancies.
  • Reconcile monthly credit card statements with over 400 transactions.
  • Assist with weekly check run.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll and accounts payable.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year (based on location and experience).
