Job Overview

Environmental Construction Services is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day financial duties of our mid-sized construction company.

The ideal candidate will have excellent computer and accounting skills, with experience in implementing and integrating financial software systems. This includes proficiency in ProCore, Foundation Accounting Software, and QuickBooks.

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual who can manage budgets, change orders, invoices, and bank deposits. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing balance sheet reconciliations, assisting with union remittances, and answering customer inquiries regarding payments and commissions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or at least 3 years of accounting experience
  • Familiarity with working in a multi-company environment
  • Proficient with QuickBooks and Foundation
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
