Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Management Specialist to join our team at Jobgenix. This role is responsible for analyzing, verifying, and reconciling accounts payable records, as well as performing related duties.

About the Role

This position requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply state and Federal accounting rules and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively interact with various departments.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and verify accounts payable records to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of work-related issues and information
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial management or analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
