We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Global Professional Services and Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and leading high-performing teams of professionals, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for service expansion and growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Team Building: Develop and lead high-performing teams of professionals, including project managers, consultants, and technical experts.
- Talent Development: Identify and nurture talent within the organization, providing mentorship and training to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources to projects based on skills, expertise, and project requirements.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that the services delivered align with their objectives.
- Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Business Strategy: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute the company's overall business strategy, focusing on professional services.
- Service Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand service offerings, enter new markets, or enhance existing services to meet changing client needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph.
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure and operations support.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- 7+ years' service leadership experience (supervisory experience).
- Strong project management, budgeting, and overall P&L skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience running multiple large multi-million dollar programs successfully.
- Experience with and/or working familiarity with the USG procurement processes.
- 10+ years of experience supporting the US Intelligence Community.
- The ability and willingness to effectively communicate with all levels of Sayari and Customer management, up to and including Executive Leadership Teams.
Estimated Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $190,000-$210,000 per year, plus commission and equity. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
