About the Role

We are seeking an Electrical Power Generation Technician to support the validation of power generation equipment that will help fulfill energy demands throughout the world for decades to come.

  • You'll work closely with our team at Siemens Energy's lead factory for generator manufacturing.

Your Responsibilities

Safely test complete generators, as well as stators, rotors and excitation equipment. This includes making and supporting heavy crane moves, balance facility preparation for rotor/exciter balances, and working in other areas of the campus on other products as needed.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A successful completion of the Electrical Tester exam.
  • The ability to use computers to access and provide data.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience performing electrical work or electrical testing.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $85,000-$105,000 based on industry standards and your level of experience. This includes comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
