About the Role
  • Design and develop electrical transformer systems for high-voltage applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with manufacturing, quality, and testing processes
  • Contribute to the development of global design rules and R&D efforts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in power transformer design and development
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical transformer design principles, including magnetic distances, routing of leads inside tank, and design of supports
  • Strong understanding of electrostatic/dielectric design concepts for high-voltage leads and electromagnetic concepts for high-current leads
