Manage client onboarding in the media purchasing system, which includes maintaining and updating client records, vendor setups, and addressing general client needs.
Adapt and optimize existing configurations for various campaigns, ensuring all screens and options are correctly set up in the media purchasing system.
Collaborate with multiple departments to guarantee that all data is accurately processed and tracked within the media purchasing system.Capable of performing data cleansing, preparation, and integration.
Provide strategic advice on back-end data tracking and liaise with client services teams regarding media optimization strategies.
Oversee data research and respond to inquiries to ensure the data process is as streamlined as possible.
Maintain relationships with external vendors and collaborate with teams to ensure proper execution of setups and processes for effective data management and analysis.
Design tailored automated workflow solutions across departments for data analysis and reporting.Investigate and resolve data issues using Excel and other tools to ensure proper management.
Develop custom solutions to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Manage the integration of database outputs into our media purchasing system.
Collaborate with various departments to influence outcomes and enhance campaign performance.
Assess emerging technology platforms within the media landscape and oversee test campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 2–5 years of progressive experience in media operations management.
At least 3-5 years of experience in television media purchasing.
Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
Strong problem-solving and brainstorming skills.
Excellent data manipulation, research, and analytical capabilities.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with Mediaocean buying software is preferred.
A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
