As the Senior Producer for League of Legends at LA 411, you will report directly to the Head of the League Studio.

Your primary responsibility will encompass all facets of the development process for League of Legends, ensuring successful product outcomes.

You will also play a crucial role in assisting the broader leadership team in shaping and executing LA 411's long-term strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:


Overall accountability for the development of League of Legends on PC and leadership of the development team responsible for its creation.
Overall accountability for all product outcomes related to League of Legends, including player engagement, sentiment, revenue generation, and operational expenses.
Product and Strategy:
Directing the overarching strategy for League of Legends, ensuring robust product, creative, and organizational strategies are effectively implemented.
Maintaining a strong live service experience for players while also planning for the future evolution of League over a multi-year timeline.
Ensuring that the vision and development philosophy of the League development team continue to adapt to meet both current and future player needs as well as the objectives of LA 411.

Team Management:
Lead the senior leadership team for League of Legends, which includes coaching, mentoring, hiring, and performance management to cultivate a world-class game leadership team.
Empower other leaders within the team while holding them accountable for quality outcomes that benefit both the League ecosystem and LA 411 as a whole.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on individual contributions, performance management processes, and team effectiveness.
Responsible for the ongoing evolution of the League of Legends team's structure, composition, and recruitment strategy, ensuring the team adapts to achieve key objectives for players and LA 411.

Ensure that League of Legends maintains a healthy, proactive, and inclusive culture that drives positive results for both players and team members.
Wider LA 411:
Establish and nurture strong partnerships with various departments within LA 411, including other products in the same intellectual property, esports partners, and internal service teams.
Be a key member of both the League Studio Leadership and the broader LA 411 leadership, representing the needs of League of Legends while maintaining a holistic company perspective.

Contribute significantly to the overall planning processes within LA 411.

Experience

Required Qualifications:
A proven track record of managing a large, complex organization.
Demonstrated ability to support and develop other senior leaders (Director level and above).
Experience in a leadership capacity on a live service game or in the development and launch of a new game.
15+ years of industry experience, with at least 10+ years in leadership roles.

Desired Qualifications:
Professional experience with a long-standing team-based competitive title.
Experience in leadership roles on both live service game teams and in the development and launch of new games.
Significant experience in the Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) genre, both as a developer and a player.
Experience guiding a large organization through multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously (e.g., developing multiple titles in parallel, maintaining a strong live service while implementing major updates, or splitting an organization to pursue emergent opportunities while keeping key priorities intact).
