Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Present Strategic Campaign Recommendations: Collaborate with our research and strategy teams to develop and present strategic campaign recommendations that meet our client's goals and objectives.
  • Lead Paid Social and YouTube Marketing Strategies: Lead the development and execution of paid social and YouTube marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication on YouTube and social specific requests, including optimizations, reporting, and campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with our business intelligence, account, and media teams to achieve client goals and metrics.
  • Develop and Collaborate on Testing Approaches: Develop and collaborate on testing approaches within the platforms to optimize campaign performance.
  • Use Data for Targeting: Use 1st and 3rd party data for targeting on platforms via PII safe integration.
  • Evaluate Creative Ads: Evaluate creative ads for platform specifications and advise teams on best practices.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Platform Updates: Stay up-to-date with new social platform ad opportunities and platform updates.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ Years Hands-On Experience: Minimum of 5+ years hands-on, executional paid social marketing experience.
  • Required In-Platform Experience: Required in-platform experience on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Agency Experience Preferred: Agency experience preferred.
  • Excellent Time Management Skills: Excellent time management skills and ability to follow through.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to manage small to large budgets.
  • Expert in Excel: Expert in Excel, strong in PowerPoint and other Office products, as well as Keynote.
  • Experience with Technical Issues: Experience with technical issues, such as campaign tagging, Q/A, and troubleshooting.
  • Completed Platform Certificates Preferred: Completed platform certificates preferred (Facebook Blueprint).
  • Experience with Google Analytics: Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe/Omniture, and/or other web analytic solutions is a plus.
  • Education: BA/BS Marketing, Communications, or other related field.
