Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at Donut Media. As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with directors and producers to understand equipment needs for upcoming projects.
  • Maintain inventory of video production equipment, including cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices.
  • Update the inventory database to track equipment status, location, and maintenance history.
  • Make purchases with company credit card and petty cash, and maintain accurate receipts for accounting.
  • Prepare production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.
  • Drive picture/hero cars and assist the camera/audio recording team on set.
  • Assist with props/set dressing on set, loading and unloading camera equipment and gear in production vehicles.
  • Set up craft service and crew meals, and build and tear down basecamp.
  • Assist and support talent, hosts, and miscellaneous crew.
Requirements:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a demanding, high-pressure, and time-sensitive environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility and willingness to wear multiple hats.
  • Assistant camera, data management, and camera operating experience is a plus.
  • Deep love of YouTube.
  • Good comedic sense and awareness.
  • Interest in cars and/or experience with Donut Media.
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor.
