Job Overview

Omm IT Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

About You

  • You have a strong educational background in Information Technology or a related field.
  • You possess at least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on web-based applications and Edifecs file processing software.
  • You have experience with automated testing practices, frameworks, and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans, including system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Analyze system requirements and create test data to ensure that new and revised systems meet customer needs.
  • Design and implement automated testing scripts for mobile, online web applications, and web services.
  • Conduct end-to-end, performance, and smoke testing.
  • Assist Business Analysts in troubleshooting issues and analyzing root causes of production defects.
  • Lead testing activities, including reviewing created test cases and scripts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand complex system functionality.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven project environment.
  • 2+ years of experience working for a Health Insurance Exchange or Health and Human Services system.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, BrowserStack, Visual Studio IDE, C#, Selenium WebDriver, GitHub, Jenkins, Eclipse IDE, TestNG, Maven, Jira, Confluence, Hybrid Automated Test Framework using Java language, RestAssured, JMeter, SoapUI, AI testing tools.

Salary

We offer an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
