Job Description

Omm IT Solutions is seeking a skilled Software Test Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to validate system functionality.
  • Analyze system requirements and create test data to ensure new and revised systems meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using C# and Selenium.
  • Execute regression, system, and user acceptance testing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Over 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
  • A strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with issue tracking tools like JIRA and automated testing tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, and browser automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience with hybrid automated test frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for testing software.

Omm IT Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan matching, and paid time off.
