Job Summary

The Quality Improvement Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our hospital and medical staff to continually improve patient care, reduce risk, and deliver excellent customer service. As a key member of our team, you will provide expertise and support to drive clinical and process improvements throughout the organization.

  • Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives">
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions">
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform quality improvement decisions">

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or actively enrolled in a Bachelor's Education Program">
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire">
  • 3 years of experience within a healthcare organization">

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree">
  • Experience with process improvement theories and methods, adult learning principles, and data analysis methods">

Salary Range

$47.98 - $75.94 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
