Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Specialist to join our team at Talent Software Services.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, analyzing medical histories, test results, and treatment plans to inform care decisions.
  • Monitor and interpret data from specialized medical technologies and equipment, ensuring accurate and timely interventions.
  • Administer medications and perform treatment interventions in consultation with healthcare specialists, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
  • Maintain up-to-date patient records, ward charts, and medical files, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Instruct Telemetry Unit staff on patient care and treatment plans, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with healthcare specialists to identify and address emerging patient needs, reporting changes and deteriorating conditions promptly.
  • Communicate complex medical information to patients and their families, providing clear explanations and addressing concerns.
  • Offer personalized guidance on post-hospital care, including medication management, home care protocols, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN) or equivalent.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a telemetry nurse in a similar field of specialization.
  • Advanced proficiency in interpreting data from specialized electronics and medical equipment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and support patients and their families.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
