Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN to join our team as a Quality Improvement Nurse. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the hospital and medical staff to continually improve patient care, reduce risk, and provide excellent customer service.

About the Role:

As a Quality Improvement Nurse, you will be responsible for providing support, facilitation, and coordination to support clinical and process improvements throughout the organization. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify quality improvement opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety and satisfaction
  • Analyze data to inform quality improvement initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree or actively enrolled in a Bachelor's Education Program, a Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire, and 3 years of experience within a healthcare organization. A Master's Degree is preferred, along with experience with process improvement theories and methods, adult learning principles, and data analysis methods.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is $47.98 - $75.94 per hour, based on location and experience. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
