About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in maintaining high standards of quality and food safety in our stores. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our quality and safety standards.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality products
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with quality control and assurance principles and practices
