Position Overview:
This role involves providing essential support in program management and administrative functions within the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Management and Program Assistant, your duties will include:
1. **Data Compilation:** Collecting and organizing relevant data and information related to various programs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2. **Operational Monitoring:** Observing and assessing established workflows and interdepartmental interactions to identify potential inefficiencies or issues.
3. **Compliance Verification:** Ensuring adherence to established procedures by verifying the accuracy of controls and documentation.
4. **Document Preparation:** Utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to create, modify, and manage documents and data.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 level in the Federal government. This includes:
- At least one year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the key responsibilities outlined above.

Additional Requirements:
Applicants must meet Time in Grade (TIG) requirements, having served at least one year at the GS-05 level or equivalent. Furthermore, candidates must have completed a minimum of 90 days of federal civilian service since their last competitive appointment.
