Position: Part-Time Customer Care Associate

Department Overview:
Recognized for exceptional customer service, DaySpring's Customer Service Department plays a crucial role in our Retail Sales Division and also supports our Ecommerce operations. Our commitment to outstanding service sets us apart in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone for both Retail Sales and Ecommerce.
- Respond to customer emails related to Retail Sales and Ecommerce.
- Assist customers with general inquiries, order issues, and product damages.
- Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs effectively.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
This part-time role is scheduled for Monday through Friday, with hours from 1 PM to 5 PM, not exceeding 28 hours per week. The Customer Service team consists of full-time representatives and a manager.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively.

- Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and think independently.

- Willingness to learn and adapt.
